This few months are the season for Thai mango , you can see more kind of mangoes in the
market.
Today I will cook sweet pickled mango which is spend less time cooking and this dish
is as a snack for easy day.

Preparation :-

 
Raw mangoes with sour.

 
 

                                                                   Then slice thin like this...

                                                          Put salt one tea spoon in it.


 
Then follow with sugar (white or brown sugar -ok),depend on ...


                                                                 Mixing and brewing it.                                                         


                                         Put in the box and keep in refrigerator around 2-3 hours then can eat.

 



Mix sugar,salt and minced dry chilly for eat with this mango dish..It 's delicious ....

Tips : It's good and lightly dish ,for a relax day and for diet time.
