                           7 Vegetables Fried After Chinese New Year day ,Chinese people will have one day for cooking 7 kind of vegetable fried. With believe that eat this dish will have good luck and good health. Cause each kind of vegetable has good Chinese name and good meaning. Well, I think the tip is good to eat more vegetable after heavy meals during Chines New Year day which mostly full of proteen like chicken and duck. Kang Kaew Whan Kai & Yod Maprao Orn(Chicken Curry with Young Coconut )

It doesn't take time and easy for cook and you can change many kind of vetgetarain for mixing. Ingredients Chicken                         500 g. Blood chicken sliced      200 g. Coconut Milk                 500 g. Green curry paste           100 g. Young coconut sliced     500 g. Fish sauce                         3 tbs. Kaffir Lime Leaves            5 Red Chilli,fine slices          1 Preparation    -   Heat thicken coconut milk with curry paste in the wok,pure chicken in it then stir           till fine.                                                -   Pure the rest coconut milk in then pure young coconut sliced which prepare (in        picture)    -  Pure fish sauce ,may be a little bit of sugar as you like ,taste it ,wait for awhile       then pure blood chicken in ,wait till fine.    - Docorate with kaffir lime leaves and
