Kang Kaew Whan Kai & Yod Maprao Orn(Chicken Curry with Young Coconut )
Kang Kaew Whan Kai
This dish is favarite and most Thai people are familialized with. It doesn't take time and easy for cook and you can change many kind of vetgetarain for mixing.
Ingredients
- Heat thicken coconut milk with curry paste in the wok,pure chicken in it then stir
till fine.
- Pure the rest coconut milk in then pure young coconut sliced which prepare (in
picture)
- Pure fish sauce ,may be a little bit of sugar as you like ,taste it ,wait for awhile
then pure blood chicken in ,wait till fine.
- Docorate with kaffir lime leaves and red chilli sliced.
Eat with hot cooked rice and many kind of vegetarian.

- Coconut Milk 500 g.
- Green curry paste 100 g.
- Young coconut sliced 500 g.
- Fish sauce 3 tbs.
- Kaffir Lime Leaves 5
- Red Chilli,fine slices 1
