Ingredients
  • Shredded coconut                1 kg.
  • Eggs                                     2
  • Sugar                          1 1/2    cups
  • Salt                                1/2    tbs.
  • Wheat flour                          2 tbs.
  • Food coloring 
Preparation

   - Squeeze 4 cups of coconut milk
   - Mix the coconut milk with sugar until the sugar dissolve,then add the flour and salt,mix together,strain.
   - Beat the eggs well until fluffy.
   - Cook the custard mixture until the coconut oil separates and floats on top, add he beaten eggs slowly
     until the custard is cooked and add with desired coloring.

Serve with streamed bread.... Delicious !
